I plug my ipod direct into the aux jack & plug my power adapter into the power outlet and listen to my music seletion on the job for hours.The sound quality is outstanding, plenty of bass, volume and power, it is a very, very good sounding radio and is the first thing taken out of and put back into my job box each day. Two features that are very useful are the attached pouch with zipper and the power outlet (cigarette lighter). Several coworkers are planning to buy one after listening to mine. The radio was handled with care and treated properly. I purchased this radio new from Amazon. Count me, extremely dissappointed. He used an AC outlet as we did not purchase the battery.I would not recommend this radio. It lasted 11 months before the radio completely stopped working. My husband used it in his work shop, never taking it outside.
To purchase a Milwaukee Product at this reasonable price was very refreshing. Take the time to set up the Radio in a good position for FM Stations.
All in all, Great Product with flawless Service from CPO. My area is notorious for poor FM Reception.
Purchased this Radio through CPO/Amazon and was greatly surprised at the Quality for the Money. Works very well running off Battery Pack [if you provide your own].
BTW; I have made other purchases from CPO/Amazon with a common result. CPO has always delivered better than expected Service with High Quality Tooling.
The Radio functions very well and is everything advertised.
Would buy another one if it were offered in a New York min. This product came like brand new, ready to use in the box. Perfect for the job site or work shop.
